Onze know-how en expertise in matrijzen en spuitgieten maakt het mogelijk om functioneel, duurzaam, estetisch en kostenbesparend te designen en te produceren.Wij maken gebruiken van moderne CAD (Creo Engineer) en CAE pakketten voor simulaties, prototyping en design. In overleg met onze klanten vertalen we concepten naar betrouwbare, maakbare en schaalbare oplossingen en eindproducten.
Injection Molding & Production
Our core expertise lies in injection molding – from small pilot runs to mass production. We manage production volumes ranging from 500 to 500,000 parts per year, ensuring flexibility for both niche applications and large-scale projects. All parts are produced in trusted facilities in China, Romania, and other strategic locations, carefully selected to balance quality, speed, and cost-efficiency. Every mold is custom-built, monitored, and maintained to guarantee long-term reliability and consistent output.
Assembly & Logistics
We go beyond production by offering end-to-end supply chain solutions. This includes sub-assemblies, component integration, customized packaging, warehousing, and international logistics. Thanks to our efficient planning and coordination, we provide “just in time” delivery worldwide, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing storage costs for our clients. Our logistics expertise allows us to integrate seamlessly into the customer’s own supply chain, acting as a reliable extension of their production system.
